Jan brings more than two decades of experience from multinational financial services groups and entrepreneurial ventures. As our CFO he provides the background in banking, insurance, payments, and fintech needed to bolster our technology and business innovation. He is a chartered accountant with a master’s degree in history, as well as specific qualifications in finance and marketing.

Gary Chu

Gary combines legal excellence with a deep understanding of business, technology and policy drivers to deliver first-rate advice. Before joining Fnality International, Gary practised law at a global investment bank and leading firms in England and Australia. His work in FinTech has been recognised by FT Innovative Lawyers Awards Europe and Legal500 UK. He holds a law degree from The University of Melbourne and qualifications in finance and music.

Rhomaios Ram

Rhomaios Ram has been the CEO of Fnality International since its inception and consortium head of Utility Settlement Coin, its research-based forerunner, since 2017. He is a former banking executive with more than 22 years of experience in traditional banking. Rhom brings experience of working across a wide variety of wholesale banking businesses and functions including sales, trading, product management, and technology to his role at Fnality.

David served as Assistant Secretary for Management at the U.S. Treasury (2018-2021) and received the Hamilton Medal for his contributions. Prior to public service, David was a prominent Wall Street executive, high-growth CEO, entrepreneur, investor, and advisor known for his work in emerging technology and fintech. He has also chaired various nonprofit organisations.
