Matthew has experience in banking supervision, markets policy, and regulatory roles within European authorities.

Myles has operated at the intersection of technology, operations, and financial services for 25+ years since early in his career as a strategic management consultant and subsequently in a variety of senior capital markets roles. Myles brings to Fnality a deep understanding of financial markets and complex products which he gained leading a global business that managed capital, liquidity, and funding of a Tier 1 bank through market-facing activity.

Dennis McLaughlin

Dennis has extensive experience in financial services, having served as the Group CRO at the London Clearing House and Head of financial risk at LSEG. He was the founding CEO of the Aon Centre for Innovation and Analytics in Dublin and held various senior roles at Merrill Lynch and Citi Bank. He worked as a consultant at McKinsey in New York, focusing on fintech and financial innovation. Dennis began his career as a mathematics professor at Princeton University.

Most recently, he served as CISO at fintech startup RTGS Global. Combining extensive technical knowledge with 8 years of senior leadership experience across multiple industries, he oversees Information and Cyber Security at Fnality .

With over 25 years in Financial Services, Angelique has experience in back, middle, and front office roles at top-tier banks like Citi, UBS, and HSBC. She spent a decade in Prime Brokerage, developing high-level service to meet hedge funds' demands and was involved in Nomura's acquisition of Lehman's PB business, creating a new operating model in response to regulatory changes after Lehman’s collapse.

Gill Lungley

Gill is an experienced financial services executive and Board Director. She became an Independent Non-Executive Director at LHV Bank in April 2024, serving on the Risk and Remuneration Committees. She also holds an INED position at Citibank Europe PLC, where she chairs the Remuneration Committee and is part of the Risk and Audit Committees. Additionally, Gill serves as Trustee and Treasurer for T&M Greg Trust.
