Michelle has more than 20 years’ leadership experience in financial services, with responsibility for leading and transforming businesses spanning international markets, regulatory domains, and asset classes. Prior to Fnality, she served as head of the Markets Group at the New York Fed, held senior executive roles at major global banks including CEO of BNY Markets and served in non-executive board roles at a range of leading market infrastructure companies.

Roger brings more than 30 years’ experience across investment banking and financial market infrastructure, with particular expertise in managing rapid business expansion in heavily regulated environments. Before joining Fnality, he served as Chief Operating Officer at LCH Limited, part of London Stock Exchange Group. His career also includes senior roles at Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan, spanning clearing, finance, market risk and structured finance.

Jan brings more than 20 years’ experience from multinational financial services groups and entrepreneurial ventures. As Group CFO, he draws on experience across banking, insurance, payments and fintech to support Fnality’s financial strategy and business growth. He is a chartered accountant with a master’s degree in history, as well as specific qualifications in finance and marketing.

Gary combines legal excellence with a deep understanding of business, technology and policy drivers to provide strategic legal advice. Before joining Fnality International, Gary practised law at a global investment bank and leading firms in England and Australia. His work in fintech has been recognised by FT Innovative Lawyers Awards Europe and Legal500 UK. He holds a law degree from The University of Melbourne and qualifications in finance and music.

Simone is Chief Product Officer at Fnality, leading product strategy and the roadmap for its international network of wholesale payment systems. He brings more than 10 years’ experience across fintech, capital markets and academic research, combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of institutional markets. Instrumental in Fnality’s formation, he draws on his academic and commercial background to shape infrastructure designed to connect markets across currencies and jurisdictions, enabling on-chain settlement in central bank money balances.

Myles brings more than 25 years’ experience across global banking, treasury and financial market infrastructure. He began his career in strategic management consulting before holding senior capital markets roles at UBS, where he led a global business managing capital, liquidity and funding through market-facing activity. He brings to Fnality a deep understanding of financial markets and complex products, alongside experience spanning technology, operations and balance sheet optimisation.

Kevin is a financial services technology and operations executive with more than 20 years’ experience in the industry. His career includes senior leadership roles at Bank of America, TD Bank, Goldman Sachs, and Capital One, as well as CIO roles at two fintech companies. He brings extensive experience leading complex banking technology and operations in globally regulated environments. At Fnality, Kevin serves as Group Chief Information Officer and leads technology and operations for Fnality US.

Teresa brings more than 20 years’ experience in financial markets, spanning quantitative trading, risk management and financial market infrastructure. Before joining Fnality, she served as Head of Market Risk at LCH Limited and Chief Risk Officer at SwapAgent Limited, both part of LSEG. She combines quantitative expertise with risk leadership to support Fnality’s international growth, operational resilience and effective risk management.

Rob brings more than 25 years’ experience in banking and financial services, spanning early-stage fintech ventures and a large global bank. His career has focused on treasury, payments and transaction banking, with senior roles in product management, customer support and as Chief Operating Officer. At Fnality, he leads Product Delivery and Change. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the London School of Economics and an MBA from the Open University.

Nancy brings more than 20 years’ audit experience across private equity-owned and public companies in the UK and US, including 15 years focused on digital payments. She has built, scaled and led internal audit functions at group level and across regulated entities in the UK, EEA and US. At Fnality, she draws on this experience to provide pragmatic, independent assurance over governance, risk management and internal controls, supporting the business as it grows within a complex regulatory environment.

Rachel brings more than 10 years’ experience across financial market infrastructure, payments policy, governance and business transformation. Before joining Fnality, she held policy roles at the Bank of England, helping shape domestic and international regulatory approaches to payment innovation, including stablecoins and DLT-based systems. She contributed to international guidance on financial market infrastructure standards and supported HM Treasury’s Payments Landscape Review during a secondment. Having held senior roles across Fnality, she now serves as Group Chief of Staff, working with the leadership team to advance strategic priorities and coordinate delivery across the business.

Rhom led Fnality International as CEO from its inception, having headed the Utility Settlement Coin consortium, its research-based forerunner, from 2017. As Founder & Strategic Advisor, he draws on more than 22 years’ experience in wholesale banking across sales, trading, product management and technology. He combines a broad understanding of financial markets with first-hand experience of building Fnality to help shape its long-term strategic direction.

Mark joined Fnality UK in March 2023 as Chief Risk Officer and was appointed Managing Director of Fnality UK in March 2026. He began his career as a chartered accountant before gaining more than 30 years’ experience across the financial services industry in both the UK and New Zealand. He combines board and investment management experience with a focus on balancing commercial growth and robust, data-driven risk management.

Martin brings more than 25 years’ experience in capital markets and asset management, with a track record of building businesses and developing client relationships. Before joining Fnality, he led EMEA Sales and Relationship Management at SIX Digital Exchange, helping build and scale its digital securities business. His career includes roles at UniCredit, Deutsche Bank/DWS, Munich Re Group and Assenagon Asset Management. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
