Michelle has over 20 years of leadership experience in financial services, with responsibility for leading and transforming businesses spanning large geographies, regulatory domains, and asset classes. Prior to Fnality, she served as head of the Markets Group at the New York Fed, held senior executive roles at major global banks including CEO of BNY Markets and served in non-exec board roles at a range of leading market infrastructure companies.

Rhomaios Ram was the CEO of Fnality International since its inception and consortium head of Utility Settlement Coin, its research-based forerunner, since 2017. He is a former banking executive with more than 22 years of experience in traditional banking. Rhom brings experience of working across a wide variety of wholesale banking businesses and functions including sales, trading, product management, and technology to his role at Fnality.

Jan brings more than two decades of experience from multinational financial services groups and entrepreneurial ventures. As our CFO he provides the background in banking, insurance, payments, and fintech needed to bolster our technology and business innovation. He is a chartered accountant with a master’s degree in history, as well as specific qualifications in finance and marketing.

Gary combines legal excellence with a deep understanding of business, technology and policy drivers to deliver first-rate advice. Before joining Fnality International, Gary practised law at a global investment bank and leading firms in England and Australia. His work in FinTech has been recognised by FT Innovative Lawyers Awards Europe and Legal500 UK. He holds a law degree from The University of Melbourne and qualifications in finance and music.

Entrepreneur and experienced operating executive with financial services, technology and strategy background. With 20+ years of successful product strategy, technology and business leadership experience spanning the mobile, web and financial services industries.

With his extensive research and academic background, Simone contributes a forward-looking vision of innovation to the company, complemented by his experience in FinTech and capital markets. Simone joined the company to explore blockchain in regulated environments and was instrumental in the formation of Fnality. As the Head of Product, he leverages his extensive technical & business knowledge to shape and deliver innovative products & solutions for both traditional and digital capital markets.

Teresa has 20+ years of experience in Financial Markets, spanning quantitative trading, risk management and financial infrastructures. In her more recent role at LSEG she served as Head of Market Risk for LCH Ltd and Chief Risk Officer for SwapAgent Ltd. She brings to Fnality a blend of quantitative expertise and risk leadership to foster global markets innovation supported by operational excellence and resilience.

With more than 15 years of experience in Talent Management and People Operations at organizations such as Hilton, VW Group UK, and Nationwide, Maxine offers valuable strategic expertise in People Experience to the Fnality UK team. She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Myles has operated at the intersection of technology, operations, and financial services for 25+ years since early in his career as a strategic management consultant and subsequently in a variety of senior capital markets roles. Myles brings to Fnality a deep understanding of financial markets and complex products which he gained leading a global business that managed capital, liquidity, and funding of a Tier 1 bank through market-facing activity.

Angus joined Fnality as a Senior Commercial and Regulatory Advisor with 25 years of experience in regulatory and financial markets within both corporate and investment bank businesses. His expertise includes global transaction banking, derivatives, FX, and market infrastructure. His strengths are his proven track record of regulatory advocacy, stakeholder relationships, and program management.
